Installation & Service Technologies

Located in the heart of downtown Kansas City, the Western Newspaper Union building was originally constructed in 1901 and expanded in 1906. After sitting vacant for many years, Installation & Service Technologies acquired the building that has since been added to the National Register of Historic Places. Through the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse design and construction process, the building has retained the majority of its integrity of location, design setting, materials, workmanship, feeling, and association to convey its historic significance.
